Ok so film photography doesn’t show up that often as a need in UX design. I know. I KNOW. But regardles of its relevance to UX film photography is very much who I am. I love the physicality of the camera. I love the slight resistance of the shutter button, followed by its decisive ‘click’. I love the action of pulling the film lever back to advance the film one frame, hearing the gears creak and wince as it does. I love that I get one chance to get the shot. I derive a level of satisfaction from film that have found in few of my (numerous) endeavors. So this one I’ll keep. (See more at chelseacropper.photos)
